About Meridian
Meridian creates thoughtfully designed and handcrafted goods, including jewelry, canvas accessories, and other lifestyle products. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations are a natural part of the crafting process and make each item unique.
Products
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Natural materials such as sea glass, stone, canvas, and leather have unique characteristics that are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout when applicable.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but cannot be guaranteed. Meridian is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
Returns
Please see our Return Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Orders
Customized or personalized products, including customer-selected color combinations, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Limitation of Liability
Meridian is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product.
